Sometimes, your teacher will ask you to take a picture of your work - this is when the assignment is done on paper or in a workbook - and turn it in. When you're using a computer or Chromebook with a webcam, the easiest way to do this is to add a new document and insert a picture using the webcam. This video explains the steps for doing this.

sometimes our teacher needs us to add a picture of our work to Google classroom before we can click the turn in but I'm talking about sometimes when we have a sheet Cajun our math journal and we need to take a picture of it and add that to Google Classroom I'm going to show you the easiest way to do that you're going to go to the assignment Details page in Google classroom and you'll see there's I'm here that says plus add or create you're going to need to click that button that says plus add or create so you can add your picture when you click plus add or create but easiest thing for you to do is go right down here to where it says create new docks if you create a new Google doc right here by clicking create new stocks there's going to be a button right in the dark that you can click to insert a picture from your computer's camera and turn it into Google Classroom right there so go ahead and click + Adam create and then shoes create new a blank Google doc is going to open and it automatically will have your name on it and all you need to do here is use the insert image button to take a picture with computers camera go up here to the menu bar and find the menu that says insert insert insert click insert and then the first choice says image image and when the image menu choices Open click the very last one at the bottom that says camera when you click camera your computer's web and will open up and you can hold your assignment in front of the camera you want to make sure your teacher can see all of your hard work so make sure you hold it up chest right as best you can and then click the picture button at the bottom here tipsnap the picture if you like what you see click insert and your picture will end right into the document and if you click on it one time you'll get these resizing handles here and you can click and drag to make your picture bigger so that your teacher can see all of your hair once you get your picture on that screen and it's just so in the top right-hand corner there's a button that says turn in that will turn it right into Google classroom
