Ms. Higgins

This is my 20th year in the Milford School District and my 14th year at Heron Pond. I consider myself fortunate to be a special educator in the town in which my children grew up and prospered. Having been in the district for so long, I am beginning to see children of former students now. Heron Pond is a wonderful community of educators and students!
