Flu Vaccine:

- Please see attached vaccine sheet for  information on this year's vaccine.

- With COVID-19 being present this year; it is more important than ever to get your flu vaccine.  With the unpredictability of COVID-19 circulating at the same time as the flu,  the best measure is to decrease the possible impacts on our respiratory system, including preventing the flu. The flu vaccine not only reduces your risk of illness but can prevent hospitalizations and deaths.

-The flu vaccine will not help you avoid infection with COVID-19, because they are different viruses; however it can prevent you from being coinfected with both.

-If you have questions whether or not you should get the flu vaccine, please consult your healthcare provider.

-In order to expedite your appointment, please complete the Screening Questionnaire and Consent Form and bring with you. This form is located on the first screen on the Rite Aid Scheduler.

You can click on the “ Click here to download the ENGLISH screening form” or  “Click here to download the SPANISH screening form.”  If you are unable to print this form at home it is okay as there will be paper copies available at the flu clinic as well.

COVID precautions:

In order to ensure the safety of all,  we kindly ask that you:

-Arrive promptly at the designated appointment time to avoid excessive lines.

-Masks are required to interact with the clinic staff and while receiving the vaccine.

-Temperature will be taken by the clinic staff prior to the vaccine(s).

-Please maintain social distancing while waiting for your appointment.
